With prior instructor approval, you can select a scenario that is not listed above. You might find it more beneficial to focus on a department in your own organization or you are considering starting a business. When requesting approval, please identify the department or structure, the number of positions and type, as I need to ensure it is manageable.
For your project department, you will identify one position and conduct a job analysis. You will use two methods. The first method you will use is the position inventory questionnaire using the one provided in the assignment resources. The second method is one of your choosing. If you do not have access to the position, in which you can use a second method, benchmark the positions with other organizations, and discuss your findings.
Your submission will be on Microsoft Word File with the following:
Title page
Narrative in which you describe the process and findings.
Finalized Job Description
Copy of Position Inventory Questionnaire
Include any supporting documentation, etc. you believe is relevant to support your work.
Note: This is not an essay; therefore, you do not need an abstract, introduction, or conclusion. Your paper does not need to be double space, title page needs to be APA, and your documents should be clean and professional.
