In the hospitality industry, millennials almost account for 50% of the participants both in
the industry employment sector and prospective customers.

Introduction
a. Hook/Attention Getter: The hospitality industry has seen significant changes in
terms of structure and participation. Notable, millennials’ role in this sector has
surpassed the standard expectation of almost 50 % of its growth.
b. Thesis (ideally including critical words for main points): The main factors
contributing to this growth among the millennials are the availability of
information, modern advertising media, and the group change in taste and
preference by the industry.

Topic Sentence 1: Millennial groups remain a volatile group, and therefore hospitality

This group spends their time on these media platforms, and hence it is the
convenient method to reach them most attractively.

The media has got a massive following among the group and can be
easily accessed even through phones.

Conclusion
a. Summary of main points: The future of hospitality can be focused on the
millennial group though focusing on their growing changes of needs, availability
of information and knowledge of the sector, and use of the current and most used
media platforms to reach them (Espigares et al.,2020).
b. Closing method: In conclusion, this industry needs to be well equipped to meet
this group’s maximum income benefit needs.
