When citing an entire website, it is sufficient to give the address of the site in the text

A page on a website example:
Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of document. Retrieved
from http://web address
New child vaccine gets funding boost. (2001). Retrieved March 21, 2001 from

Adapted from “Top 10 APA Basics” by the
Grace Abbott School of Social Work, UNO
For a source with three, four or five authors, cite all authors the first time the reference
occurs; in subsequent citations, include only the surname of the first author followed by
et al. and the year if it is the first reference within a paragraph.
o First time: (Sanchez, Black, Jones, Himalaya, Anderson, & Ford, 2007).
o Second time: (Sanchez et al., 2007).
When a work has six or more authors, cite only the surname of the first author followed
by et al. and the year for the first and subsequent citations.

o Ravitch argues that high schools are pressured to act as “social service centers,
and they don’t do that well” (as cited in Weisman, 2003, p. 259).
10) References (p. 180+)
ï‚· Begin your References page on a separate page at the end of your research paper.
ï‚· Label the page References (do not italicize the word References or put it in quotation
marks) and center the word References at the top of the page.
 First line is left justified; second line is indented (“hanging” indent, located on the
Paragraph dialog box in Microsoft Word).
ï‚· Double spaced, alphabetical order.
 Invert all author’s names; give surnames and initials for up to and including seven
authors. If source has more than seven authors, list the first six, then insert three ellipsis
points, and add the last author’s name.

Case Study 1: XYZ company reconfiguration
Company reconfiguration
XYZ Tech company is trying to prep for a future in which many, if not most, employees
(approx. 200) won’t come into the office every day. The company is taking advantage of empty
offices, as a result of recent remote workers from the covid pandemic, to reconfigure the
workplace for a new era in which employees will have more options to do their jobs remotely,
with some choosing to either work at the office or some other hybrid schedule. The new office
design calls for common workspaces and more freedom to choose where to work, including
providing areas where employees can plop down with their laptops for the day.
The question being asked is, “How do we redesign these footprints now, so that when a team
has to come in, it is more set up for collaboration in a safe manner”. The new workspace will be
arranged with the expectation that many or most employees will be working remotely at least
one to two days per week. It is understood that there will be a need for more joint spaces where
employees can meet and collaborate, and fewer individual work stations.
Assume that XYZ Tech company has hired you as a consultant to identify and manage the
projects and the team needed to redesign their workspace to allow more flexibility for
employees.
For this case study, please address the following topics:

•
•
•
Discuss how the Project Manager (you) for this project could identify and develop the
team to support the five process groups and ten knowledge areas discussed in Chapter 1.
Describe how the Project Management Team can identify the strategic objectives
necessary to develop a Project Charter.
Since this is such a large project, develop a scoring model to determine which projects
should be completed first.
Describe how the Project Manager can develop a milestone schedule to manage this
process.
