Laboratory Report – Introduction to Sport Psychology PSB Academy Singapore
Your laboratory report is based from your first practical during Session 3.
However, you will not use all of the data collected in the practical. A sample of data, for
you to use for your laboratory report, is on Moodle. The title (or research question) of the
laboratory report is:
Examining the Effects of Pressure on Performance and Testing the Efficacy of PrePerformance Routines
You may identify and use any hypothesis (es) that you think are appropriate, of interest to
you and allow you to write an interesting laboratory report to the highest level of your ability.
I have presented two hypotheses below, that I advise you use as standard. However, please
consider that the better your design of hypotheses, the more interesting and discursive your
laboratory report can be. So, consider this carefully at the beginning of the assignment.
Hypothesis 1: Pressure will effect performance negatively
Hypothesis 2: Pre-performance routine will facilitate better performance
Marking Criteria and Additional Guidelines for Laboratory Report – 2000 Words
