PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

You work as a team of business development executives (a group of 4-6 members) in a Western company that is willing to enter in one of the Arab countries. As experts, you are required to draft a report suggesting the chosen company the best country to enter with the best entry mode.

The team is required to

perform three essential steps:

1.Identify and evaluate any

three potential Arab countries

and select the best one to enter

2.Discuss and evaluate all mode to entries that can be possibly utilized to enter the selected country.

3.

Select the best entry strategy/mode

for the selected country and justify your answer (why you have chosen that particular mode of entry)

As a university student, a high standard of written English is expected. Your project report should be clear, concise, neatly presented, and easy to read. It should be creative pieces of work written by you (the group) and not submitted for assessment purposes for any program of study at this, or any other, institution.

INSTRUCTIONS:

a.

The written report should not be less than 2500 words and more than 5000 words (including title page, table of content, references, and appendices – if any).

b.

It’s a group project and all members are required to participate equally.

c.

Late submission will lead to the deduction of 20% marks per day.

d.

Writing Guidelines:

Paper size: A4, Line Spacing: 1.15, Margins: 1” (inch) all sides, Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 for text, 14 for headings and 13 for subheadings.

e.

The project should have a nice title page containing all the required information such as; the

title of the project, university logo, course name, and section number, and instructor’s name, and student names and IDs of all the group members.

f.

The project report will be graded based on the rubric attached at the end of this document.

g.

Presentation grading, however, will be based on individual performance. The evaluation criteria for presentations is provided attached in the end at the end of this document.
