The second part of your assessment is to analyse the following data captured as part of a quality improvement project.  The aim was to ensure that 90% of all patients with diabetes had an HbA1c less than 7.  The data was gathered from patients with type 1 diabetes, type two diabetes and from two different clinical settings.  Please explore the data to see whether the following groups met the standard.

Analyse the data to show whether the various groups are meeting the target.

Depending on your results please describe an action plan to improve the compliance.
