Based on learning methodologies, organizational learning texts in the context of
information technology vary their phases in terms of linear growth. It is a worldwide process that
occurs in groups, people and various levels through institutionalization, integration, intuition and
comprehension. It is a high-information-expertise organizational strategy aimed to assist their
leadership by improving decision-making. From the beginning to the end, it is an adaptive
process based on single-loop learning and linear progression.
According to Langer (2018, pp. 91), concentrating just on a person’s job within the
business is insufficient for developing an effective learning plan. The author’s learning
maturation strategy blends individual and organizational learning across the learning life cycle. It
is also a generative process that uses the double-loop learning approach. Linear development in
learning is an educational strategy that stresses program-centered and linear forms. The author
explains how group and individual learning approaches coexist while emerging differently at
various phases of learning development. The following are the primary changes between
organizational learning texts and linear progression in learning approaches, according to
information technology:
Continuous improvement culture- – Improved learning approaches promote motivation
and commitment to output in both organizational and linear growth. Information technology
broadens the initiative, track progress, lowers costs and improves research methodologies.
An intuitive knowledge process- Encourage and include more learning processes
reflection and thinking, in connection to the organizational learning text among people,
communities, and other management conventions. This initiative knowledge encourages linear
and continuous organizational learning growth, which aids in decision-making.

Robust the development- It ensures that information is communicated throughout the
development process, indicating the decision-making process’s efficacy. With the advancement
of technology, an organization’s capacity to efficiently and extensively disseminate information
grows. Learning practices extend from person to person as a result of the use of information
technology, preserving the robustness of shared learning.
Make use of cooperative learning- Information technology has better defined itself in
terms of the linear growth of learning methodologies. It employs the learning pyramid, which
demonstrates how organizational learning content may be easily grasped and makes it simpler
for individuals to transfer information while under time constraints and while utilizing
collaborative technology.
The various learning process phases later matures the ability of an organization to
incorporate technology both culturally and strategically.
