â— Below are the results of my big 5 (OCEAN) assessment test and this is my opinion on
◠O- I would like to think that I’m an adventurous person who likes to try new things. I like
to be unique but at the same time I see the paths that those before me took and led them
where I want to be. I believe in the quote “Stand up for what’s right even if you stand
alone.†(I think this isn’t inherited, this is me, none of my parents are as adventurous nor
my friends, I think this side of me I discovered and built)
â— C- I try my best to not rely on motivation and to be self-disciplined and responsible at
least 70% of the time (influenced by the environment and friends around me)
◠E- I believe that I’m an ambivert (extrovert and introvert) I enjoy other people’s company
if they are close to my heart and are ambitious and intelligent yet I also need my space to
be alone and recharge and I enjoy my own company by lighting a candle and reading a
book. But I would say I’m more on the extroverted side currently in this period of time. (I
think this is inherited from my mom who is likeliable and has a lot of socials and friends)
â— A- I used to be a person who puts others’ needs before my own but not anymore. That
changed when my mental health went down and I had to fight my depression and now I
believe that “self-love isn’t selfish, it’s necessary†You can’t pour from an empty cup,
when you’re kind to yourself, you’re able to be kind to others. I like to challenge myself
and stand up for my beliefs. (influenced by environment)
â— N- I used to have a lot of anxiety, and fear of the future but a lot has changed since my
mental health journey. Nowadays, I prioritize my health, work hard, do my best, and
believe that God will take care of the rest. I have nothing to fear if my family is healthy
and next to me
